Data cleanup & reporting dashboards

Business dashboards that make your data clearer.

Bring scattered spreadsheets and system exports into a clearer working view. Focus on the questions your team needs answered, with readable exports and reporting that does not require a new platform by default.

Custom work is separately scoped and quoted. No platform subscription required to inquire.

A SCOPE THAT FITS

Start with what your users need.

For businesses rebuilding the same report, managing inconsistent spreadsheets or struggling to see project and sales activity clearly.

A scoped cleanup, report or dashboard project. Scope and pricing agreed before work begins.

01

Organize existing information

Map fields, dates and identifiers, flag possible duplicates and agree on cleanup rules. Preserve source files and review ambiguous records rather than silently overwrite them.

02

Define useful measures

Agree on the meaning and source of each metric, including exclusions, date ranges and refresh frequency, before building a dashboard.

03

Build a practical view

Create a scoped spreadsheet, report or browser dashboard with filters and clear labels. Use existing client tools where suitable; paid reporting licenses are not assumed.

04

Keep records portable

Include agreed readable exports and operating notes. Confirm access controls, refresh responsibilities and any hosting or integration costs before launch.

What we can help with

  • Sales and inquiry reporting
  • Project status dashboards
  • Spreadsheet cleanup and import preparation
  • Repeatable weekly business reports

Examples to discuss, not a fixed package. Features depend on the agreed scope.

WE ALSO OPERATE OUR OWN SOFTWARE

Not just a concept.
Peldraven, ready to explore.

Barton Digital also builds and supports Peldraven, our business platform for project teams, home dealers and snow-service companies. Explore its public workflows and a live home showroom to see our approach to real business software.

Public product examples, not a claim that custom features are already included or that every project uses the same platform.

FROM IDEA TO RELEASE

A clear process, without the guesswork.

01

Understand the work

Talk through your customers, current process, goals, constraints and existing tools.

02

Define the build

Agree on scope, design direction, milestones, responsibilities and a written quote.

03

Build and review

Review the experience as it takes shape, with testing matched to the agreed requirements.

04

Launch with a plan

Coordinate the release, handoff, training and any separately agreed hosting or support.

BEFORE WE BUILD

A few things worth knowing.

Do we need a paid business-intelligence platform?

Not always. A well-designed spreadsheet or a small browser-based report may be enough. We start with the tools, data volume and access requirements you have, and identify any necessary license or hosting costs before work begins.

Will the dashboard automatically fix inaccurate source records?

No. We identify data-quality issues and agree on corrections with you. Metric definitions, known limitations and refresh timing remain visible so a polished dashboard does not hide uncertain data.

How much does a custom build cost?

Custom projects are quoted after discussing requirements. The proposal separates the build from hosting, domain names, third-party services, maintenance and future changes where applicable. Existing software-plan prices do not cover custom development.

Who owns the finished work and the accounts?

Source-code ownership, licensing, domain and hosting accounts, access, data export and handoff responsibilities are agreed in the written contract before work begins. Existing Peldraven software and third-party components may have separate licenses.

Can you work with our existing designer or IT provider?

Yes. We can discuss a coordinated handoff or a focused development scope. Responsibilities, access requirements, hosting changes and testing are agreed with the people involved before launch.

A CLEARER SCOPE. A BETTER START.

Know what shapes the project.

Custom work is quoted around the agreed scope. These are the details that help us have a useful first conversation, before you commit to a build.

What affects the cost

  • The number and quality of source files or systems
  • Refresh frequency, calculations and historical cleanup
  • Access controls, exports and the views each role needs

What to bring to the conversation

  • The decisions the report should help you make
  • A sanitized sample and definitions of your important metrics
  • Who can see each type of data and how current it needs to be

Think beyond launch day

Document metric definitions, data sources and refresh limitations. Keep source records and export options available so the dashboard makes information clearer without becoming another data silo.
