Workflow automation & integrations

Workflow automation for the work you repeat.

Connect the repetitive steps between an inquiry and the work that follows. Start with one useful workflow, keep people in control and expand only when the result is worth maintaining.

Custom work is separately scoped and quoted. No platform subscription required to inquire.

A SCOPE THAT FITS

Start with what your users need.

For teams spending too much time moving information between forms, inboxes, spreadsheets and business systems.

One workflow first, with optional ongoing support. Scope and pricing agreed before work begins.

01

Map one worthwhile workflow

Define the trigger, required information, owner, approvals and expected outcome before choosing tools. Establish a baseline for manual effort where possible.

02

Connect tools you already use

Build scoped connections using supported APIs, webhooks or imports. Compatibility, permissions, vendor plans and any new licenses are checked before committing.

03

Keep failures visible

Design agreed validation, duplicate prevention, retries and failure notifications. Sensitive actions can remain subject to human approval.

04

Handoff and running costs

Document how the workflow runs and who maintains it. Hosting, messaging, automation subscriptions and any optional AI usage are quoted separately where needed.

What we can help with

  • New-lead routing and assignment
  • Approved follow-up reminders
  • Form-to-spreadsheet workflows
  • Status updates between supported systems

Examples to discuss, not a fixed package. Features depend on the agreed scope.

WE ALSO OPERATE OUR OWN SOFTWARE

Not just a concept.
Peldraven, ready to explore.

Barton Digital also builds and supports Peldraven, our business platform for project teams, home dealers and snow-service companies. Explore its public workflows and a live home showroom to see our approach to real business software.

Public product examples, not a claim that custom features are already included or that every project uses the same platform.

FROM IDEA TO RELEASE

A clear process, without the guesswork.

01

Understand the work

Talk through your customers, current process, goals, constraints and existing tools.

02

Define the build

Agree on scope, design direction, milestones, responsibilities and a written quote.

03

Build and review

Review the experience as it takes shape, with testing matched to the agreed requirements.

04

Launch with a plan

Coordinate the release, handoff, training and any separately agreed hosting or support.

BEFORE WE BUILD

A few things worth knowing.

Do we need to buy an automation subscription or use AI?

Not necessarily. We prefer existing tools and straightforward rules when they meet the need. Any additional paid service or optional AI feature is discussed in advance, including usage costs and what data it receives.

Can you connect any two applications?

Not always. We confirm supported APIs or import options, permissions, plan restrictions and vendor terms first. The agreed scope identifies dependencies, maintenance responsibilities and actions that still require staff approval.

How much does a custom build cost?

Custom projects are quoted after discussing requirements. The proposal separates the build from hosting, domain names, third-party services, maintenance and future changes where applicable. Existing software-plan prices do not cover custom development.

Who owns the finished work and the accounts?

Source-code ownership, licensing, domain and hosting accounts, access, data export and handoff responsibilities are agreed in the written contract before work begins. Existing Peldraven software and third-party components may have separate licenses.

Can you work with our existing designer or IT provider?

Yes. We can discuss a coordinated handoff or a focused development scope. Responsibilities, access requirements, hosting changes and testing are agreed with the people involved before launch.

A CLEARER SCOPE. A BETTER START.

Know what shapes the project.

Custom work is quoted around the agreed scope. These are the details that help us have a useful first conversation, before you commit to a build.

What affects the cost

  • The number of systems and whether supported APIs are available
  • Approval, exception-handling and duplicate-prevention rules
  • Transaction volume and any third-party subscription or usage costs

What to bring to the conversation

  • The repetitive task, its trigger and the desired result
  • Which system should remain the source of truth
  • What should happen when information is missing or a provider is unavailable

Think beyond launch day

Keep people in control of consequential actions. Document permissions, monitoring, retry behavior and a manual fallback so an automation does not quietly duplicate or lose work.
