Can the application connect to tools we already use?
Potentially. We review the available APIs, authentication, permissions, data formats and provider costs before agreeing to an integration. A proposed connection is not a promise that every third-party system is supported.
Does a web application require an app-store download?
A browser-based application can work through a web link on supported devices. Native mobile apps, offline behavior, device features and app-store submissions are separate requirements to discuss and quote.
How much does a custom build cost?
Custom projects are quoted after discussing requirements. The proposal separates the build from hosting, domain names, third-party services, maintenance and future changes where applicable. Existing software-plan prices do not cover custom development.
Who owns the finished work and the accounts?
Source-code ownership, licensing, domain and hosting accounts, access, data export and handoff responsibilities are agreed in the written contract before work begins. Existing Peldraven software and third-party components may have separate licenses.
Can you work with our existing designer or IT provider?
Yes. We can discuss a coordinated handoff or a focused development scope. Responsibilities, access requirements, hosting changes and testing are agreed with the people involved before launch.
